Descrizione mansioni	As a Mechanical Designer you will be responsible for: •Acquiring knowledge, leading technology development and apply competences in the design processes •Specify, develop, design and report architecture solutions to integrate into Tetra Pak equipment •Participate as a key member in extended core team or company’s networks •Liaise with other R&D functions to exchange information. Requisiti	Young Talent Program - Mechanical Designer Are you a young newly graduated or a final year student in Mechanical Engineering? Are you eager to work in a multinational company, with the chance to have an experience in one of affiliates present in more than 170 countries all over the world? Do you have a very good command of English language, and have you had a study or job experience abroad? If you answered yes to these questions, we are looking for you! A Young Talent who will grow in the role of Mechanical Designer During the program, you will be guided by a personal tutor through a journey within our R&D unit and you will have the chance to improve continuously your competences gaining both practical and theoretical experience. Tetra Pak will build for you a training plan and career path that will include: •2 years training on the job and rotations plan •Cross-functional experiences with clear deliverables •International exposure and experience At Tetra Pak in Modena, Italy, you will find a multinational and stimulating environment where you will have the chance to learn updated working methods and enjoy multicultural and structured surroundings. Who are you? You have a University degree in Mechanical Engineering. Competences in software for virtual simulations, such as and Abaqus will be appreciated. You have a good knowledge of PDMLink and 3D Design Software (Pro-Engineering). FMEA knowledge as well as Hygienic design know-how is a plus. Experience abroad with a student exchange program or other international experience will be considered as a merit. As a person you are structured, analytical and you have a systematic approach to problem solving. You are able to anticipate and understand a complex situations, and to review the implications and consequences of problems and possible solutions. You are creative and have an innovative mindset You are a true team player and you are strongly motivated to take initiatives and drive activities independently, to learn and grow in a technical environment.
