We are a Scientific Online Marketing and Technology Agency. That is a long sentence to say that we love numbers and marketing.

We are based in sunny Tuscany and from there we help ambitious brands in succeeding online by using a scientific approach.

We also like cats and funny videos.

So far the Boosters’ species includes data scientists, developers, PPC experts and a few people who are pretty much impossible to categorise other than just awesome.

Our moms always told us we were special, but now it is official: in 2022 we won the PPC Agency of the Year at the Global Agency Awards!

ABOUT THE JOB

Hello there, you future Digital Marketing rockstar.

Let’s cut to the chase.

Are you a student / recent graduate with a passion for marketing, data and technology and looking to get some work experience under your belt? Itching to get your hands into a marketing team where processes are still malleable and you can really make a difference?

You are? Great! So here’s the deal.

Between Cappuccinos and Spritz we’d like you to:

- Create, setup, optimise and report on media campaigns for our clients
- Make sure campaigns are set up in a timely manner and optimised to ensure the success of our clients against agreed KPIs
- Troubleshoot campaign issues using debugging tools and working with all the relevant stakeholders
- Help shape the growing Booster Box squad as we continue to punch above our weight across the globe
- Take part in our table tennis tournaments (ok, maybe you can skip this one if you don’t feel up for it)

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for the best and brightest student / newly graduated digital marketers to join us. Are you a university student looking for your curriculare internship? Have you recently graduated and are looking to make your first step into the working world? We have a 6 month opportunity for you that could turn into a "forever" gig if you're looking to learn more about the world of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.

To Land This Gig, You Need a Few Things:

- No cats under the table. Partners are English speakers, your colleagues speak English, the settings of the PlayStation in the gaming room will be in English... so you get the picture: damn you speak English fine!
- Numbers. Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; you must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed. Statistics and Excel are your bread and butter.
- Love of Testing: The point is when it comes to Digital Marketing we stopped guessing a long time ago and started testing. We test everything. We need you to be a testing Ninja.
- Project management skills are important. A pro-active, charismatic, and consultative approach to working with clients is essential.
- Ownership. Treat our clients' businesses as if they were your own.
- Attitude. Have fun, all the time
- EU work permit
