JOB DESCRIPTION

eCustomer Management
- Support theSenior eCommerce Account Manager in the management of the main eCommerce customers, both pure player and B&C
- Coordinate and supervise the roll-out of the on-site visibility and promo plan by interfacing with the main customers and internal stakeholders
- Support the eCommerce team in creating presentations and eCommerce trade stories for meetings with eCommerce custom
- Support the eCommerce team in defining the commercial policy for direct sales channels and guarantee 100% availability
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst for the creation of benchmarks, reporting and pre-post evaluation of online activities, suggest areas for optimization

eCustomer Database Maintenance
- Mantain and update the online customer database, suggest opportunities and AB tests on activations
- Monitor startups and new online sales trends to identify new opportunities

Perfect On-Line Shelf Implementation
- Collaborate with the eContent and Search manager to ensure the perfect implementation of the online catalogue
- Manage the Amazon catalog through the vendor center
- Guarantee and supervise the execution of the commercial policy
