Descrizione mansioni	Position Summary Ensure the proper tailoring of Functional Safety (FuSa) process at Project level coordinating FuSa activities according to the Project milestones and ensuring the process implementation. Key Responsibilities: • Promote the Safety Culture across the Project team • Responsible for FuSa process tailoring according to applicable OEM requirements/ASIL • Responsible for FuSa process implementation in order to fulfill OEM requirements, support the project team on ISO 26262 reqirements understanding • Provide work products of ISO 26262 pat 2/8 on FuSa strategy/planning/confirmation (e.g. DIA, Safety Plan, Safety Case, Confirmation measures) • Support FuSa activities in charge to other R&D departments (e.g. DFMEA, HW/SW safety analysis) • Support the configuration management of FuSa work products according to Quality Management system • Support Quality Assurance activities during Project lifecycle • Responsible for Project related FuSa audits/assessments by third parties (e.g. Customer/Assessor); • Report results to Project Management/FuSa Manager • Contribute to budget estimation for FuSa related activities • FuSa resources and budget planning at Project level
Requisiti	Soft Skills and Attributes: • Diplomacy and perseverance as well as good communication skills • Team work and analytical skills • Ability to effectively train people • Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed Qualifications and Experience Levels: • Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent or ISO26262 certification. • Excellent knowledge of ISO 26262 standard and strong understanding of hybrid vehicles • Both Project Management experience and experience in vehicle integration and design verification, vehicle and attribute system • Familiarity with requirements management and associated tools (e.g.: DOORS) • Expertise in risk/change/configuration management • Advanced knowledge of Product Lifecycle Managemen Additional informations We offer a dynamic and stimulating multinational context, geared towards technological innovation. · Enjoy a stable employment in a company with a long history in innovation and technology · Collaborate with experienced experts in an international environment Salary offer and entry level will be treated at the interview.
