Under the guidance of the three Key Account Managers working into Italy, undertake the following responsibilities:

Sales Administration
Ensure the administration of sales (offers, prices, samples, technical issues)
Help to monitor the pricing policy (ELP)
Operational follow up on orders & escalate when availability/transportation issues
Analyze statistics for monitoring purposes (Helios Analysis): to follow up on activity (daily), monthly analyzes on turnover evolution vs objectives per customer
Deliver sales forecast per item per customer when needed or requested
Follow up on payment overdues and credit notes/Contact person for F&A and direct contact with customer to undertake necessary actions
Take care of opening customer accounts and new products
Update Prof and OEM price list for local organization (twice a year)
Being the contact person for all technical internal (Professional division) and external inquiries, including certificates.
Ensure after-sales service entry point with internal Quality department for all SL products
(In charge of tail customers SL OEM)
Marketing
Organize local marketing activities and Fair in close contact with SL HQ and local mktg organization
Participation in Fairs
Be the interlocutor of MARCOM internally and externally (communication new products, leaflet, and brochure)
