Descrizione mansioni	Mars Italia SpA is looking for a TTB&I SPECIALIST (TAX & TREASURY) Job description: Responsible for the compilation, verification, analysis and reporting of financial information in the tax and treasury areas with focus on the cash (NCFO) control. Provide or direct timely and effective execution of tax and treasury functional activities. Main Responsabilities: Treasury: • Provides consistent analytical support of results reported to senior financial management including: daily cash reporting, cash phasing and banking information • Supports the business Unit to ensure good cash management, including cash positions and reporting • Responsible for cash (NCFO) forecasting in collaboration with the Financial Controller and communicating and achieving targeted Treasury Center daily cash positions • Responsible for supporting ongoing treasury center audit, bank confirmations and regional treasury projects as needed • Keeps contact with the local bank office to manage operations or any potential activity related to bank transactions • Manage bank guarantees related to in-store activities with the local bank in collaboration with the marketing department • Prepares the I/C loans agreements in alignment with the central treasury team • Manages the supply Manage bank guarantees related to in-store activities with the local bank in collaboration with the marketing department • Prepares the I/C loans agreements in alignment with the central treasury team • Manages the supply financing account reconciliation Tax: • Reviews and ensures the timely delivery of VAT tax compliance and reporting filings, meeting all internal & external deadlines • Prepares periodic estimations of VAT payments (credit and debit) • Ensures the business has processes and controls in place to meet VAT tax obligations • Responsible for supporting ongoing tax audits with regards to VAT and I/C loans interests Period closing: • Responsible for periodic balance sheet preparation, reconciliation and submission in the Helios and HFM reporting systems • Responsible to calculate and post period end accruals related to I/C loans Recurring reports: • Responsible for submitting recurring declarations/surveys to the Bank of Italy and ISTAT Location: Assago (MI) Contract type: Permanent
Requisiti	• Education: Master’s degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field • Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years, good working knowledge of technical area and accounting principles • Drive for result • Conflict management • Motivating others • Technical and functional skills • Attention to detail
