Requisiti	About you To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have: • Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering or similar; • Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking; • Structured and analytical way of working; • Relational skills and flexibility; • Previous international and/or internship experience will be a plus; • Excel and Power Point knowledge; • Fluent in English

Descrizione mansioni	Your Role: • Managing the sales forecast process of a defined number of skus in order to assure the availability of requested product in the right quantity and at the right time, minimizing write off; • Defining a sales forecast on weekly bucket at customer/brand/size level for a 6 weeks rolling horizon using Demand Planning tools; • Playing a role of interface between Sales and Marketing and Supply planning, you will learn to understand market dynamics (promotions, new launches, phase in and phase out) as well as supply constraints; • Supporting the team in innovation management (weekly analysis on KPIs/accuracy); • Monitoring sales trend to understand business opportunities/risks and to manage proactively market unpredictability from a supply chain point of view; • Daily/weekly & monthly reporting and KPIs tracking for demand and planning team;
