Under the direction of the PMO Director, the resource is responsible for overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific manufacturing projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals, including aspects of Operations.He/She maintains a work schedule for the assigned team within the project and updates for weekly staff meetings; he/she has to guarantee timing, costs and quality of the manufacturing project in accordance with defined targets.He/She is accountable for all the project documentation and acts as interface between the team, the management and the customer.

Objectives of this Role:
Responsible to assure project delivery within time schedule defined to reach final target (SOP)
Verify application and delivery of work products expected
Manage issues and risk of the project
Manage resources , budget and quality of the projects within the program assigned

Skills and Attributes:
Customer orientated approach to all tasks and ability to develop strong working relationships and to manage and prioritize multiple demands
Strong people management skills/Strong process capability/Strong communication and presentation skills/Strong task and project leadership skills, identifying what is important and strong capability in project planning and task identification
Methodical approach to task management and an ability to communicate task requirements clearly at all levels

Preferred
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic or equivalent.
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
Create and monitor timeschedule for manufacturing process development for eMobility projects (initially Italy based)
Monitor and schedule activities and workproducts of PDEP for the related interfaces
Apply Lean principles to the manufacturing project
Identify risk and issue of the process project and manage them with no delays
Follow evolution of the process cost during product development to achieve the target given (cycle time,production cost)
Monitor equipment budget and report periodically to Program manager
Provide reporting to PMO direction
Promote activities of cost reduction upon targets given by the Direction
Coordinate the assigned resources within the team
Manage project budget and resource allocation upon agreement with the Program Manager and Production manager
Follow production readiness together with the Project manager of the project
