We are looking for those who are passionate about making a difference in the careers of thousands of people.

Internship:
As a Mercer Intern you will support the Retirement & Actuarial management team in all activities related to the actuarial valuations and data analysis as well, related to employees’ benefits and individual pension calculations.

You will also have the opportunity to:
• Be part of a team that every day helps a considerable number of Italian and international clients with the calculation of IFRS/US GAAP liabilities for their balance sheet
• Relate every day with colleagues all over the world
• Manage and check clients’ data sets
• Support the actuarial team to implement and to develop tools for IFRS/US GAAP actuarial valuations
• Contribute to define actuarial reports in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP
• Participate to meetings with clients
• Support the actuarial team in managing relations with both new and consolidated clients
• Leverage the opportunity to further develop your skills and join other Mercer’s teams in different HR consulting areas
