Descrizione mansioni	As a Mercer Intern you will support the Reward and Executive Compensation team in all activities related to collection, evaluation and analysis of job profiles, compensation data and market benchmarks to support our clients Compensation and Reward practices. You will also have the opportunity to: • Support the set up of peer group analysis • Contribute to perform job analysis, job evaluation and job matching • Cooperate in the activity of compensation analysis and benchmarking • Support to total compensation package evaluations • Take part to the process of identification of KPI and drivers of performance • Assist in market scouting and market best practices for incentive plans • Support the of presentations for clients (in italian and english) • Leverage the opportunity to further develop your skills and join other Mercer’s teams in different HR consulting areas
