Magneti Marelli is looking for an HR Intern interested in a professional development in the HR Organization area.
The candidate, supporting the Tutor, will be involved in the following activities:
- Support the HR organization team in the organization processes and tools management. In particular:
- Guarantee organizational processes deployment and implementation;
- Draft and revise organizational announcements and charts;
- Monitor the effective update of organization management system (SAPHR OM);
- Assure global consistency of organizational structures in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Contribute to the implementation of new projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (school / specialization): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Human Resources Management
LANGUAGES: Good English Level
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: Very good knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular)
