A cinquant'anni stagista in Tribunale: «Obbligata ad accettare per non perdere il sussidio, ma adesso?»

C’è un filo rosso che accomuna i quasi 3mila tirocinanti che dal 2010 a fine 2014 sono stati impiegati all’interno degli uffici giudiziari di tutta Italia. I progetti – prima regionali con fondi europei, poi con finanziamenti del ministero della giustizia – rientravano nelle politiche attive per i lavoratori percettori di ammortizzatori sociali e hanno permesso di fatto, negli ultimi anni, la copertura di molti vuoti di organico nei tribunali relativi a figure come commessi, archivisti, addetti. STAGE IN PAGINE GIALLE

Salve a tutti, leggere i vostri post è stato sconfortante. Lunedì dovrei iniziare con lo stage presso Pagine Gialle, mi sembrava convincente anche se l'idea di aprire la partita iva dopo solo due mesi di formazione mi spaventa. Davvero è così dura come la tratteggiate? Se ci fosse qualcuno in grado di darmi dei chiarimenti gli sarei grata. Da premettere che mi hanno contattata una settimana dopo la laurea, e con i tempi che ci sono ho colto l'occasione al volo!

MASTER POST-LAUREA MAGISTRALE

Ciao a tutti!! Sto cercando informazioni riguardo un master in gestione d'impresa. Ho consultato per settimane quello del sole 24 ore, quello della business school di Bologna e quello del CUOA di Vicenza. Sapete se ce ne sono altri VALIDI in Italia?? E sapete dirmi se DAVVERO, visti i costi esorbitanti, sono utili questi master? Sono una ragazza a cui piace molto studiare ed investire nel mio futuro ma non voglio perdere tempo e soldi. Interruzione stage da parte dell'azienda...conseguenze negative sul mio futuro?

Dubito che possa influire negativamente. Non hai idea di quanti stagisti vanno e vengono in un'azienda. Se temi ripercussioni ingiuste, semplicemente non farne menzione sul CV. A maggior ragione perchè un mese e mezzo non è da considerarsi incisivo per la tua formazione. Sul CV dovresti scrivere la verità (si spera). Non TUTTA la verità. Questa, se proprio deve uscir fuori, te la puoi giocare bene a colloquio.

Cosa si aspetta dallo Stato una persona che perde il lavoro? La risposta è scontata: un aiuto economico e un sostegno per trovare al più presto un altro impiego. Una aspettativa semplice. Ma lo Stato italiano vacilla su entrambi i fronti. Il sussidio, quando c'è, è magro; ma sopratutto il sostegno attivo alla ricerca di lavoro è scarsissimo. Tribunali, maxi stage lunghi 4 anni per coprire i buchi di organico: ma adesso tutti a casa

Se la giustizia in Italia è lenta non è solo per l'eccessivo numero di leggi e per i bizantinismi del sistema giudiziario. C'è anche un problema molto più terra-terra: la mancanza di personale.
