Requisiti	You are: •Student (willing to develop a Thesis project) in Economics or Humanistic disciplines, with a focus on human resources and organizational aspects. You have a very good knowledge of social media and digital marketing communication. In addition, you are able to manage very well data and statistics. •Fluent in English, both written and spoken; •Very good in using PC and related program and tools (Microsoft Office – Internet Explorer); •Curios, eager to learn and able to work autonomously. You have excellent communication skills and a systematic and innovative approach towards tasks and Both Male or Female applicants to the position are welcome. Descrizione mansioni	Internship for thesis, HR and Employer Branding for Graduates Would you like to join us for a six month internship? We are looking for one brilliant student willing to support the department of Human Resources in Italy. OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: During your internship at Tetra Pak in Italy you will support the Young Talent Program Manager in developing analysis and researches on brand awareness and positioning in the market, in order to contribute to develop an effective and innovative employer branding strategy and talent management activities targeting newly graduates. You will be involved in the following activities: •Graduates employment research and statistics •Research on most effective branding and recruitment channels focusing on online / social media •Identify innovative channels and communication tools; •Map existing graduates program and identify return on investment and best practices •The above research will include interviews to students, graduates and beginners The position is based in Modena, Italy.
