Requisiti

We are looking for a young graduate in Economics, or Humanistic field with PC (Office) skills and good English level. We are also looking for an outgoing personality, good overview, loyal and ability to show positive respect and diplomatic skills, as well as negotiation skills and good empathic and social skills.

A previous brief experience in Recruitment field and/or a master in Human Resources is preferential

Internship recruiting Specialist: Focused on internal customer satisfaction in recruitment process and employer branding activities you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the following areas:

• Partner with managers to effectively assess and identify human resources requirements and essential skill set
• Participate in selection process for entry positions (post the vacancies - screening and interviews - follow the Assessment Center - present the short list to the hiring manager)
• Follow up introduction and ask for feedback on satisfaction (both candidate and Hiring Manager)
• Use systems and processes to track and report metrics to customers
• Plan and carry on job fairs and project work with the universities
• Support the HR Social Networks’ strategy
