Descrizione mansioni	Internship recruiting Specialist: Focused on internal customer satisfaction in recruitment process and employer branding activities you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the following areas: • Partner with managers to effectively assess and identify human resources requirements and essential skill set • Participate in selection process for entry positions (post the vacancies - screening and interviews - follow the Assessment Center - present the short list to the hiring manager) • Follow up introduction and ask for feedback on satisfaction (both candidate and Hiring Manager) • Use systems and processes to track and report metrics to customers • Plan and carry on job fairs and project work with the universities • Support the HR Social Networks’ strategy
