Requisiti	Required skills: - this role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to details and orientation to results. - excellent computer skills, knowledge of VBA and Excel Macros (not mandatory but it would be a plus); proficient use of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. - ability to work both alone and as a team member, being able to communicate to staff at all levels, able to work in cross functional teams. - must be organized and able to constantly prioritize and handle a multitude of tasks. - English and Italian fluent, any other language is a plus. - Energetic with high career growth aspiration and desire to make an impact. - passion for the mobile industry and its developing potentials. - bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business or Industrial engineering. Erasmus or any other international studying-working experience abroad will be a plus. Previous experience not required, however any previous experience in the data/business analyst or project management (at junior level), will be considered as a plus.
Descrizione mansioni	Main duties and responsibilities: - create, update and track all business performance through spreadsheets analysis on a daily basis. - interpret the data analyzed, tracking product performance in terms of the main business KPIs, giving important insights and recommendations to the business teams. - be responsible for the management of issues, giving prompt solutions and actions. - research and analyze market conditions or changes in the industry in terms of economic, political, regulatory and competitive trends in order to identify new products and business opportunities. - develop and maintain documentation for projects plan and product requirements definition. - support the implementation of new projects, involving all relevant departments in HQ coordinating the activities with a specific country of responsibility.
